Please bring your claim number and adjustor’s name and number to your first chiropractic visit.
What is Direction to Pay?
It is billing structure for patients having difficulty paying for treatment user or private fees for injuries suffered from a motor vehicle accident. With the “direction to pay” billing procedure, the patient is not required to pay any upfront fees. Instead, these treatment fees are collected directly from ICBC through your lawyer at the time of settlement.
What is the ICBC Chiropractic Pilot Program?
Kwantlen Rehabiitation is associated with ICBC and Chiropractic program. ICBC will pay the chiropractor directly which means you will not be required to pay any fees. Patients can start the chiropractic treatment as soon as they are assigned an ICBC claim number and as long as they have not seen any other chiropractors for their claimed injuries.
